One of the recognizable symbols of the capital, the Belgrade Beer Fest will be held from June 15 to 18 in 2023 .
Like the more recent Belgrade Music Week, Belgrade Beer Fest has been declared an important event for the city of Belgrade and is part of the Belgrade summer and the capital's tourist offer.
The decision to change the date of holding Belgrade's favorite festivals, which gather hundreds of thousands of visitors from the country and abroad every year, was made in accordance with the beginning of the summer tourist season in Belgrade, the organizers announced.
Thus, the jubilee 20th Belgrade beer festival will be held in mid-June at Usće , and the new date, apart from enriching Belgrade's cultural offer, will also contribute to the additional improvement of the program segment of the festival and provide a better experience to lovers of beer and quality music.
- Holding the Belgrade Beer Fest in June provides us with greater opportunities when it comes to booking performers from the world music scene. At this moment, we already have confirmation of some of the most famous names, about which the public will be informed in due time, and we are in negotiations with a few more. I believe that this year's selection of performers will please the large audience and raise the quality of the festival to a higher level. We believe that in the year of an important jubilee, the 20th edition of the largest and most visited event in the capital, Belgrade Beer Fest deserves it. Our commitment to quality, an excellent selection of beer and music performers, as well as the safety and health of visitors, remain our priorities - said Milenko Škarić, owner and founder of Skymusic, a company that, together with the City of Belgrade, organizes the Belgrade Beer Festival.
The world-famous British band Morcheeba has already been announced as one of the headliners. Among the stars of the festival is Ana Popović , a Serbian blues guitarist who is considered one of the best on the world music scene.
Van Gogh , the last big band created in this area, which has been uncompromisingly shaping the local rock'n'roll scene for almost four decades, to the joy of many fans of hard sound, will perform at this year's Belgrade Beer Fest.
Kralj Čačka , a versatile artist whose creativity does not rise to the masses and in the opinion of many Serbian Tom Waits, is another performer whose performance at this year's beer festival has been confirmed.
From June 15 to 18, the audience can expect the performances of the biggest domestic bands, and as announced, this year's Belgrade Beer Fest, in addition to an excellent music program, will be marked by numerous other contents, including a rich offer of a wide variety of beer labels, which will make this event able to rival the biggest European music festivals.
